Tour Timeline

  • Day 1:Pick up from the airport/hotel transfer to Tarangire national park.

    You will be met by our driver guide upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport who will later transfer you to a very special national park which is Tarangire National Park. Tarangire is famous for its diverse landscape with nine different vegetation zones. The park is particularly known for the abundance of Ancient Baobab trees (the largest trees in the continent) which fill the landscape and dwarf the animals next to them. The river of the park is full of wildlife ranging from a large variety of birds to lions, leopards, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes and, of course, elephants. In fact, the park has the largest concentration of elephants in the whole country and provides unique chances to observe the interaction between elephant families. The lunch area is fascinating, boasting an observatory with amazing views to the river and wildlife (with good chances of seeing a hunt while having your picnic). In the afternoon we will still do a game drive before continuing to your preferred hotel for dinner and overnight.

  • Day 2 : Visiting Bushmen.

    Today will be a very special and different day. You will wake up very early, just before sunrise, and follow your guide until he finds the Bushmen tribe, one of the last true nomadic tribes in Africa. After some explanations about the tribe, you will join them in their daily morning activities. This experience is out of the beaten track and does not feel touristic by any means. The photographic opportunities are out of this world. Making some stopover for lunch and refreshment. The experiences you do with the tribe can either be joining the men in their daily hunting, or the women in their fruit gathering session. In either of them, you will learn about many aspects of the Bushmen’s way of living. After finishing the activities with the tribe, we will visit the beautiful Lake Eyasi, a season shallow salt lake on the floor of the Great Rift Valley and then return back to your hotel for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

  • Day 3 : Transfer to Serengeti for Evening game drive

    After an early breakfast, With Picnic Lunches drive to Serengeti National Park the most famous National park in the World. The driving itself, although long, is spectacular. You will drive up the crater highlands, making a quick stop at the rim for an out of this world view of Ngorongoro Crater. This will be an unforgettable moment for anyone seeing it for the first time. As you progress well into the Serengeti, you will see why the name means, in local language, "Endless plains, the plains will stretch to the horizon defying your senses and perception of distances. It is the home of the Great Migration and to 2 million wildebeests, hundreds of thousands of zebras and all kinds of antelopes including the abundant impalas and Thomson's gazelles. As for Big Cats and large predators, it's the place of choice to look out for lions, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, with many television scenes like the famous river crossings having been filmed in this park. Smaller animals like foxes, mongoose, honey badgers, jackals, monkeys, baboons, rock hyrax and African hares, together with more than 500 species of birds, also inhabit this park. Then return back to your hotel for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

  • Day 4 : Full day game drive in Serengeti

    Have breakfast at the hotel than you will depart for full day game drives in Serengeti while as having a break for lunch at the hotel in the afternoon or you can carry packed lunch with you and spend the whole day in the park enjoying wildlife and nature. It is the home of the Great Migration and to 2 million wildebeests, hundreds of thousands of zebras and all kinds of antelopes including the abundant impalas and Thomson's gazelles. As for Big Cats and large predators, it's the place of choice to look out for lions, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, with many television scenes like the famous river crossings having been filmed in this park. Smaller animals like foxes, mongoose, honey badgers, jackals, monkeys, baboons, rock hyrax and African hares, together with more than 500 species of birds, also inhabit this park. Evening proceed to your hotel for leisure, dinner and overnight.

  • Day 5 : Ngorongoro crater night Ngorongoro

    Very early in the morning, descend down to the crater floor for a day of wildlife viewing in one of the most incredible places on Earth. After a stop for a picnic lunch near the hippo lake, and more wildlife viewing in the afternoon, drive up the steep road out of the crater and transfer to Lake Manyara for overnight.

  • Day 6 : Transfer to Arusha.

    On this day after having your breakfast together with your packed lunch you will be transferred to Arusha for your next activities.

    Day 7 : Zanzibar

    After breakfast, ultimate relaxation awaits you. Reading a book on your verandah, exploring the surroundings or you can do one of the optional activities. There are several exciting optional activities you can book through Seasons lodge. Mountain biking through the local villages, kayaking on the ocean Snorkeling, Scuba diving, Sailing on a traditional Dhow, Spices tour, Kite surfing.

    Day 8 : Zanzibar

    Visit to Stone town that you cannot miss during your stay on Zanzibar Island is a tour of Stone town. This beautiful city is listed as a UNESCO world heritage site for a reason! What characterizes Stone town? Think of spices on colorful markets, but also an urban sprawl of historic buildings, shops, offices, apartment blocks, crowded slums and middle-class neighborhoods. In the historic quarter you can wander for hours through a maze of narrow streets, easily losing yourself in centuries of history. Each twist and turn brings something new – a former palace, a Persian bathhouse, a tumbledown ruin, a coral-stone mansion with carved doors and latticework balconies, or a school full of children chanting verses from the Quran.

    Day 9 :International transfer.

    After having your breakfast from the hotel, you will be transferred back to the airport to catch your flight.
